Do you want to use a Networking Hour on Twitter to work for you?

how-to-use-a-networking-hour

Have you heard about Networking Hours on twitter but don’t know when or what they are?

Have you tried to go on one but found it confusing, daunting and scary?

Do you go on them regularly but they are not doing anything for your business?

If so then I can help you in this 3 hour workshop!

I have been running Leamington Hour for over 2 years and have been on well over 500 hours. I have ran an Hour and been on other networking hours as Leamington Hour and other accounts. This means I have seen people who are brilliant and really bad at networking on these.

These are a valuable tool to increase your business and awareness in a particular location which you can do from anywhere!

I’ll be going through what to say and when to say it to get the most out of these hours and how to get business from them. We will then be jumping onto a Networking Hour to go through what we have learnt at this workshop.

What we will be covering?

Answer the question- Retweet or not to Retweet?
What to say and how to engage with people?
When to put selling messages out there?
How to follow up to get the most out of it?

When are they?

Wednesday 12th April- 2:00- 5:00pm
Wednesday 10th May- 11- 2:00pm
Wednesday 16th August- 2:00- 5:00pm
Wednesday 6th December- 2:00- 5:00pm

This is going to be ace and you will get a lot from this session. Why don’t you come along and find out for yourself?

3 Key Tips to get the most out of your Business.

I was thinking while I was walking the dog about Leamington Hour and how I could grow the brand in the next few years.
I then remembered a podcast where they posed 3 questions that all business owners should know and be able to answer easily.

These three questions are:

Do you know what your Business is?

Do you know what your Product is?

Do you know who your Customer is?

1. Do you know what your Business is?

It sounds simple but do you actually know your business? Can you explain to a 4 year old? Do you know what your USP is? Do you know what your competitors are doing? Are you doing the same as your competitors or are you being a purple cow?

2. Do you know what your Product is?

What are your products that you sell? Do you know how they are different to your competitors? How can your products help your customers? Do you have a product hierarchy? Do you have a loss leader? Have you got a high value product?

3. Do you know who your Customer is?

Who is your ideal customer? Do you know what your current customers have in common? Do you keep in contact with your previous customers? Have you got a plan to get more customers based on your ideal customer? How can you add value to your existing customers so they can refer you?

All of these ideas are not new and they shouldn’t come as a surprise. If they are then think about them and look into them more deeply. I reckon if you can do this for your business and build a plan around this then you will be more successful than you currently are.
If you want to talk about each of the topics more then please let me know. I did this with my business and it helped with creating a strategy to help me develop my brand.

All the best and take care,

Gary Jones
